Contributions are welcome, and the bar is quality over volume. The full guide lives in CONTRIBUTING.md in the repository. The short version:

• One topic per pull request, with tests and docstrings.
• CI must pass: ruff, the test matrix, and the docs build.
• Docstrings state formulas and cite the survey sampling literature.
